A practice across disciplines.
I’m Francesco Romeo. I bring product, engineering, design and research together to understand complex problems and create useful things.
My experience spans clinical software at Clinerion, applied research at BFH, and engineering leadership as CTO at Saynode.
Across these different settings, my focus is the same: connect an understanding of the system with care for the people who use it. Today, that thinking also takes shape in the products and tools I build.

Understanding begins where certainty ends.
I see that moment as the beginning of inquiry. Observe carefully. Question assumptions. Find the relationships beneath the surface. The satisfaction is in discovering a pattern, explaining it clearly, and putting it to work.
I want to make the process of inquiry accessible and rewarding: through useful tools, clear explanations, and work that gives others the confidence to take on difficult questions.
