Begin with the people, the evidence and the constraints. Research the problem, make its relationships visible, and test the assumptions on which a solution depends.

Craftsmanship is the discipline of making understanding tangible. A line of code, an interface or an explanation deserves the same attention to precision and use.
3Let evidence change the work.
A useful solution responds to its context. Build, observe and refine. Keep what holds up, revise what does not, and remain open to knowledge that changes the direction.
